What Changes Between Plans

The Basic plan includes all essential features: calendar, patients, sessions, finance, multi-user, notifications, and i18n.

The Pro plan adds everything from Basic plus:

  • Tera Patient Assistant (WhatsApp)
  • Tera Therapist Copilot
  • Tera Proactive Agent (reminders, rescheduling, follow-up on absences)
  • WhatsApp Business Integration
  • Tera Knowledge Base

Trial Period

All new accounts start with a 30-day free trial with full access to the Pro plan:

  • No credit card required
  • Access to all features, including Tera
  • Reminder notifications on the 20th, 25th, and 28th

At the end of the trial, choose between Basic or Pro and add a payment method.

Managing Your Subscription

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. View your current plan, status, and next payment date
  3. Use the Billing Portal (Stripe) to:
    • Update payment method (credit card)
    • View invoice history
    • Download receipts
    • Change the plan (upgrade or downgrade)

Read-Only Mode (Blocked)

If your account enters blocked mode due to non-payment:

You CANNOT:

  • Create, edit, or delete appointments, patients, or sessions
  • Use Tera (any mode)
  • Change clinic settings
  • Invite new users

You CAN STILL:

  • View all existing data
  • Export data (LGPD right to portability)
  • Update payment method and reactivate
  • Manage your profile

Cancelling Your Subscription

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Click on Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm

After cancellation:

  • You retain full access until the end of the paid period
  • After this period, the account enters read-only mode (blocked)
  • Your data is retained for 90 days
  • After 90 days, the data is anonymized according to LGPD

To reactivate, simply add a payment method at any time before data anonymization.
