Managing Users

Invite team members, manage roles, and control access to the platform.

Accessing User Management

1. Click on Settings in the side menu
2. Select Users

Only the Owner can manage users.

Inviting New Members

1. Click on Invite User
2. Fill in:
   • Email — member’s email address
   • Role — Therapist or Assistant
3. Click on Send Invitation

The member will receive an email with a link to create their account and log into the clinic. The invitation is valid for 7 days.

Available Roles

Role	Description	Additional Cost
Therapist	Professional who attends to patients	R$29/month (Basic) or R$49/month (Pro) per seat
Assistant	Reception and scheduling	Free (unlimited)

The Owner is automatically the first member and does not count as an additional seat.

Changing a Member’s Role

1. In the user list, click on the member
2. Select the new role from the dropdown menu
3. Click on Save

When changing from Therapist to Assistant, the member loses access to session notes, financial data, and Tera. When changing from Assistant to Therapist, an additional seat may be charged.

Deactivating a Member

If a member leaves the clinic:

1. In the user list, click on the member
2. Click on Deactivate
3. Confirm

A deactivated member:

• Can no longer access the clinic
• Their data (sessions, appointments) remains in the system for historical purposes
• The therapist seat is freed up (reflected in the next billing)

Reactivating a Member

To reactivate a previously deactivated member:

1. Use the filter to display inactive members
2. Click on the member
3. Click on Reactivate

Seats and Billing

• Each active therapist occupies a paid seat
• Assistants are free and unlimited
• The number of seats is automatically adjusted in the subscription
• See the current cost in Settings > Subscription

Multiple Clinics

The same email can be a member of multiple clinics with different roles in each. The user switches between clinics in the sidebar selector.
