Record details of each session with custom fields by therapy, payment status, and strict privacy.

Recording Sessions

After each appointment, record the session details to maintain a complete and organized history.

Creating a session record

  1. Go to Calendar and click on the completed appointment
  2. Click on Record Session
  3. Fill out the form:

Session Data

  • Type of therapy — pre-filled from the appointment
  • Duration — actual time of the session (pre-filled, adjustable)
  • Session notes — free observations from the therapist about the appointment

Therapy-specific fields

Each type of therapy may have custom fields (stored in flexible JSONB format). For example:

  • Reiki — chakras worked on, perceived sensations
  • Family Constellation — theme of the constellation, observed dynamics
  • Access Bars — activated bars, patient reactions

These fields are configured by the Owner when creating the type of therapy.

Payment

Record the payment status of the session:

  • Amount — price charged (pre-filled from the type of therapy)
  • Status — Paid, Pending, or Overdue
  • Method — Cash, PIX, Card, or Other
  1. Click on Save

Viewing session history

From the patient profile

  1. Go to Patients and click on the patient
  2. The Sessions tab shows all sessions conducted, in chronological order
  3. Click on a session to see the complete details

From the calendar

Appointments that have had a session recorded are visually marked on the calendar with the status Completed.

Privacy of session notes

Session notes have a strict privacy barrier:

Insights with Tera (Pro)

In the Pro plan, session notes are indexed by Tera to generate insights:

  • Treatment summaries over time
  • Patterns observed between sessions
  • Pre-session briefing with context from the last appointment
