Tera’s Copilot is an AI chat within ProTerapia that assists therapists with insights, session preparation, and quick actions.

Accessing the Copilot

  1. Click on Tera in the side menu
  2. The chat panel will open
  3. Type your question or command in natural language

The Copilot is available only on the Pro plan for Owners and Therapists.

What You Can Do

Patient Summaries

Request a summary of a patient’s sessions:

  • “How were Maria’s last sessions?”
  • “What is João’s treatment history?”
  • “Summary of Ana’s Family Constellation sessions”

Tera analyzes the session notes and provides a summary with patterns and observations.

Pre-Session Briefing

Before a session, ask for context:

  • “Prepare me for the session with João at 2 PM”
  • “What should I know before attending to Ana?”

Tera provides information about the last session, previous observations, and any relevant patterns.

Therapeutic Suggestions

Request recommendations based on history:

  • “Any suggestions for Pedro’s next session?”
  • “Which approaches worked best with Maria?”

Tera combines session data with its knowledge of therapeutic practices to offer relevant suggestions.

Quick Actions

Execute actions directly through the chat:

  • “Reschedule João’s appointment to Friday at 3 PM”
  • “Cancel my appointment with Maria tomorrow”
  • “What are my appointments for today?”
  • “What times do I have available on Thursday?”

Tera checks permissions and executes the action, or asks for confirmation before proceeding.

Ask about techniques and practices:

  • “How does a Family Constellation session work?”

Tera uses its knowledge of holistic therapies to respond.

Privacy

The Copilot operates within a strict privacy barrier:

  • Each therapist only accesses information about their own patients
  • The Owner who is also a therapist sees only their own patients in the Copilot
  • Session notes from other therapists are never accessed
  • The chat history with the Copilot is private to each therapist

Tips for Better Results

  • Be specific when asking — mention the patient’s name and context
  • Keep session notes updated — the more data, the better the insights
  • Use the pre-session briefing as a routine before each appointment
  • Try quick actions to save time on routine tasks
