Register patients, search the database, manage LGPD consent, and track all history in one place.
Adding and Managing Patients
ProTerapia centralizes all your patients’ information in one place, with a history of appointments and sessions.
Registering a New Patient
- Access Patients in the side menu
- Click on New Patient
- Fill in the details:
- Name (required)
- Phone — primary number, used for WhatsApp (required)
- Email (optional)
- Date of birth (optional)
- General notes — free notes about the patient (optional)
- Click on Save
You can also quickly register a patient while creating an appointment by clicking on New patient in the search field.
LGPD Consent
In accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD), ProTerapia tracks the consent of each patient:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Consent has not yet been requested or responded to |
| Granted | Patient has authorized the use of their data |
| Revoked | Patient has withdrawn authorization |
The consent status and the date it was recorded are available in the patient’s profile.
Searching and Filtering Patients
On the patients screen, use the search bar to quickly find by:
- Name
- Phone
Patient Profile
Each patient’s profile shows:
- Contact details — name, phone, email
- General notes — free notes
- Appointment history — all past and future appointments
- Session history — sessions conducted with notes and therapeutic data
- LGPD consent status
Editing a Patient
- Click on the patient in the list
- Edit the desired fields
- Click on Save
Deleting a Patient
To comply with LGPD (right to deletion):
- Open the patient’s profile
- Click on Delete patient
- Confirm the action
Deletion is done “soft” — the data is marked as deleted and anonymized, but the financial history is preserved for accounting purposes.
Who Can Manage Patients
