Signing Up and Onboarding

Welcome to ProTerapia! This guide shows you how to create your account and set up your clinic to start using the platform.

Creating Your Account

Go to app.proterapia.com.br and click on Create Account.
Choose to sign up with your email and password or with your Google account.
After signing up, you will automatically start a 30-day free trial with access to all features of the Pro plan — no credit card required.

Setting Up Your Clinic

After logging in, the initial setup assistant will guide you through the following steps:

1. Clinic Profile

Fill in the basic information about your clinic:

Clinic Name — how it will be displayed on the platform
Address — complete address of the office
Phone — main number (can be the WhatsApp Business for integration with Tera on the Pro plan)
Operating Hours — set the opening and closing times for each day of the week

2. Types of Therapy

Name — e.g., “Reiki”, “Family Constellation”, “Access Bars”
Standard Duration — typical time for a session (in minutes)
Price — standard price for the session
Color — color that will appear on the calendar for visual identification

3. Invite Team

If your clinic has more professionals, invite them via email:

Therapists — can manage their own patients, calendar, and sessions
Assistants — can schedule for any therapist and manage patients (without access to session notes)

Each invited person will receive an email with a link to create their account and join the clinic.

4. Start Scheduling

With everything set up, you can:

Add your patients
Define your weekly availability
Create your first appointments

Trial Period

During the 30-day trial, you have access to all features, including:

Scheduling via WhatsApp with Tera (AI assistant)
Therapist copilot
Automatic reminders
Tera knowledge base

At the end of the trial, choose between the Basic plan (R$69/month) or Pro plan (R$129/month) and add a payment method to continue using the platform.
