Navigating the Dashboard
The dashboard is the first screen you see when entering ProTerapia. It is customized according to your role in the clinic.
Sidebar (Menu)
The sidebar on the left is the main navigation menu. The visible items depend on your role:

Header
At the top of the screen, you will find:
- Hamburger menu (on smaller screens) — opens the sidebar
- Help — starts a guided tour of the current page
- Notifications — bell icon showing recent notifications (new appointments, changes, reminders)
- Your profile — name and initials of the logged-in user
Dashboard by Role
Owner
- Summary of today’s appointments (all therapists)
- Quick financial overview (monthly revenue, pending payments)
- Upcoming appointments
- Shortcuts for frequent actions
Therapist
- Today’s appointments (only yours)
- Your financial summary
- Upcoming sessions
- Quick access to recent patients
Assistant
- Today’s appointments (all therapists)
- Availability view
- Quick access to schedule
Switching Between Clinics
If you are part of more than one clinic, a selector appears in the sidebar just below the logo. Select the desired clinic to switch between them — your data and permissions change according to your role in each clinic.
Free Trial Banner
During the 30-day trial period, a discreet banner appears at the top indicating how many days are left. Click on it to go directly to the subscription page.
Tips
- Use the help icon (?) in the header to start a guided tour on any page
- Notifications are updated in real-time as you navigate between pages
- The sidebar can be collapsed on mobile devices by tapping outside of it
