Customize your clinic’s profile, operating hours, and notification preferences.

Accessing the settings

  1. Click on Settings in the side menu
  2. Select Clinic

Only the Owner has access to the clinic settings.

Clinic profile

Basic information

  • Clinic Name — display name on the platform and in communications with patients
  • Address — complete address of the office
  • Phone — main number (used by Tera for communications via WhatsApp on the Pro plan)
  • Logo — upload the clinic’s logo (appears in the sidebar and in communications)

Operating hours

Set the opening and closing times for each day of the week. These hours are:

  • Displayed in Tera’s responses when patients inquire via WhatsApp
  • Used as a general reference (each therapist’s availability is configured separately)

Types of therapy

Manage the types of therapy offered by the clinic.

Adding a type of therapy

  1. Go to Settings > Types of Therapy (or My Types of Therapy in the menu)
  2. Click on New Type of Therapy
  3. Fill in:
    • Name — e.g., “Reiki”, “Family Constellation”, “Access Bars”
    • Description — brief description of the therapy
    • Standard Duration — time in minutes
    • Standard Price — session price
    • Color — color for visual identification on the calendar
  4. Click on Save

Editing and deactivating

  • Click on a type of therapy to edit its information
  • Use the Active toggle to deactivate a type without deleting it (it will not appear in scheduling options)

Notification preferences

Configure which notifications the clinic sends:

  • New appointment notifications
  • Change/cancellation notifications
  • Reminders for the team

Notifications arrive in the app (bell icon in the header). On the Pro plan, reminders for patients are automatically sent via WhatsApp and email.

Language

ProTerapia supports Portuguese (Brazil) and English. Each user can set their preferred language in their profile, independent of the clinic’s settings.
