Financial Dashboard

Track your clinic’s revenue, payment status, and financial performance by therapist.

Accessing the financial dashboard

Access Finance in the side menu. This feature is available for:

  • Owner — complete view of all therapists
  • Therapist — view only their own revenue

Assistants do not have access to the financial dashboard.

Overview

The dashboard shows:

Revenue by period

  • Visualize revenue by day, week, or month
  • Graphs show revenue trends over time
  • Filter by custom period for specific analyses

Revenue by therapist

(Visible only to the Owner)

  • Comparison of revenue among therapists
  • Percentage contribution of each therapist to total revenue
  • Useful for tracking team performance

Payment status

Track the status of session payments:

PaidPayment received
PendingPayment not yet made
OverduePayment past due

The dashboard displays a visual breakdown (chart) showing the proportion of each status.

Filtering data

Use the available filters to refine the view:

  • Period — today, this week, this month, last month, custom period
  • Therapist — all or specific therapist (Owner only)
  • Type of therapy — filter by type of service
  • Payment status — paid, pending, overdue

Exporting reports

To export financial data:

  1. Set the desired filters
  2. Click on Export CSV
  3. The file will be downloaded with all filtered records

The CSV includes: date, patient, therapist, type of therapy, amount, payment status, and payment method.

Recording payments

Payments are recorded as part of the session record. When creating or editing a session, set:

  • Amount — price charged for the session
  • Status — Paid, Pending, or Overdue
  • Method — Cash, PIX, Card, or Other

To update the status of a payment:

  1. Access the session (via the calendar or patient profile)
  2. Change the payment status
  3. Save

Tips

  • Review pending payments weekly to keep cash flow organized
  • Use CSV export to integrate with your accounting software
  • Monitor monthly trends to identify growth patterns
